Bookings can be made by phone or by filling in a booking form on our website www.krynicamorska.pw. By making a booking you agree to our processing of your personal data for marketing purposes only by the private owners of the PIONOW Group Rooms and Apartments in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August1997(Dz. U. (Journal of Laws) no. 101 Year 2002, item 926, as amended).
Before filling in the Booking Form you must familiarise yourself with the Booking Terms and Conditions.
Booking should be made to the name of the person who will be making the payment.
Your booking will be deemed confirmed after you have made a 50 percent earnest money deposit (a non-refundable deposit in the event of your default) for an apartment or a 50 percent earnest money deposit for a room, when the payment of the deposit has been booked on the Service Provider's account and a telephone confirmation of this fact has been obtained from the Service Provider. Alternatively, you may send a bank confirmation in the form of a bank statement to Service Provider’s e-mail.
Failure to pay the earnest money deposit within the specified time will result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation.
The payment of the earnest money deposit should be made within 3 days of your booking; the date of crediting the Service Provider's account shall be deemed the date of payment.
The Service Provider reserves the right to initially overbook the lodgings (make several reservations at the same time for the same room or apartment), pending payment. Should this be the case, the booking of the Customer who has made the earliest payment shall be confirmed, in the order of crediting the Service Provider's bank account or receiving a confirmation in the form of a bank statement sent on the Service Provider's e-mail.
In the event that several payments are made for the overbooked room or apartment, the
Service Provider shall notify the Customer of this fact. In such circumstances the Customer shall have an option of booking another room or apartment of approximate standard and price, or the earnest money deposit will be immediately returned to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
The earnest money deposit is non-refundable, subject to the provisions of Clause 8 above.
In the event of a booking cancellation by the Service Provider, the earnest money deposit shall be returned in full to the account of the person who made the reservation (earnest money deposit cannot be returned in cash).
The Service Provider accepts no liability for booking requests that have not been received on the Service Provider's e-mail.
The Service Provider has the right to decline to rent a room or apartment to a person who has grossly violated the Terms and Conditions or other internal regulations.
Once the booking has been confirmed, in the event that the Customer terminates the stay at the room or apartment before the end of the booking period (regardless of the cause), 100 percent of the price for the entire stay shall be due in accordance with the originally booked and confirmed period.
If the Guest has not stayed for the entire booked period due to his/her late arrival, this shall not be grounds for a decrease in the payment due for the booked accommodation.
The Guest's failure to arrive before 9.00 am on the day following the start day of the booked period shall be deemed a cancellation of the stay, unless the Guest has previously informed the Service Provider of his late arrival.
In such events the earnest money deposit paid in reservation shall not be refunded.
Guests shall pay the remainder of the payment for the booked room or apartment directly on their arrival, on collecting the keys.
Along with the payment of the balance, a security deposit of PLN 200 - 300 shall be collected from the Guest, which is refundable and will be returned on the Guest's vacating the room or apartment.
A compulsory local charge (tourist tax) shall also be charged as per the rates specified in Krynica Morska Council’s decision for a given year.
